Grace is the Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of V+A Consulting, a firm specializing in business advisory & consultancy, customized learning interventions, and empowerment coaching.

Grace is a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, an ACE Certified Coach with Coaching.com and 7 Paths Forward, a Leadership & Team Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Coaching, an Executive Coach with The Global Coach Group, and an Empowerment Coach with Pocket Mentor PH.

Last year, V+A Consulting was awarded as the 2023 Coaching Service Provider of the Year by the international online publication, Digital First Magazine. Grace was also an honoree in the 2021 Global 500 List of Sweden-based publication Brainz Magazine (alongside Jessica Alba, Jay Shetty, and Oprah) and was a Women Super Achiever Awardee in the 2020 World HRD Congress.

Yet, beyond the notable achievements and the many roles she takes on, Grace is always proudest to be known as (soon-to-be) wife to one, Mom to two, bonus adult to two more, and Mama G to many.
