Anna Rodriguez-Scarfe is the Chief Executive Officer of Evonomix Philippines, a digital transformation company helping brands, platforms, and media organizations unlock new revenue through technology, data, and creator-driven ecosystems.

With more than two decades of experience across media, technology, and digital platforms, Anna has worked at the forefront of the internet’s evolution—from the early days of digital journalism to the rise of algorithmic media and creator economies.

She previously held several key leadership roles at ABS-CBN, where she served as Head of ABS-CBN News.com, Head of iWant TV, and Head of Digital Content Synergy across the entire ABS-CBN portfolio, helping guide one of Southeast Asia’s largest media organizations through its transition into the digital era. Her work focused on scaling digital news, launching and growing streaming platforms, and aligning content strategy across television, news, and online properties to reach audiences in an increasingly fragmented media landscape.

She later joined Meta Philippines, as head of Media and Creator partnerships, where she gained firsthand insight into how platform algorithms, monetization models, and audience behavior shape the modern information ecosystem.

Today, at Evonomix, she leads the expansion of a technology stack that includes Flaminjoy (creator marketing and micro-influencer networks), Clarity OS (AI-driven consumer insights), and GjirafaTech (publisher and ad-tech infrastructure). Her work focuses on helping companies move beyond traditional advertising toward sustainable digital ecosystems where content, commerce, and community reinforce each other.

Anna speaks frequently about the future of media, the economics of attention, and how brands can build meaningful engagement in an era dominated by algorithms and short-form content.
