Anto leads the HR Function at ING's Philippines Hub. In this role, she drives the People initiatives across all business lines and support functions, through HR's Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and the Service Delivery teams in HR. These People initiatives enable the business' People Agenda, within the location and across the globe.

Prior joining ING, Anto held similar roles within the telecommunications industry, financial services, and Business Process Outsourcing. She worked with global companies such as J.P. Morgan Chase, Telstra and Telus. Anto has obtained her expertise in Talent Development, working with executive management teams in planning for their succession and facilitating the readiness of key talent.

Anto has gained her experience in HR, driving HR strategic priorities and initiatives, managing HR operations, and developing talent, while building HR teams. Anto holds a college degree in Legal Management and a masteral degree in Social Psychology.

Together with her family, Anto enjoys relaxing at the beach and takes trips, from time to time, with family and friends. Anto was a Jesuit Volunteer after college and continues to be active in this community.
