Denchu Jose, or Dench as he’s commonly known, is currently the Enablement Services - Talent Services Function Leader at EY Global Delivery Services. He joined the EY organization in 2018 and is responsible for helping manage teams across the Philippines, India, China and Poland. He is also the interim President of EY Global Services Philippines, Inc.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in global delivery services, account management, profit and loss management and process improvement, Dench has led transformation and automation initiatives for internal and client processes. Dench has extensive experience in helping create strategy and execution across multiple regions, functions and industries. He has demonstrated proven capability to drive strategy and build highly skilled teams across multiple geographies.

On the personal front, Dench serves as an active member of the Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals.
