Jack Madrid serves as CEO of the Philippines’ flagship IT-BPM industry association, where he leads national and global initiatives to strengthen the country’s position as a premier destination for technology-enabled services and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). He works closely with senior leaders across government, banking, conglomerates, investors, and multinational enterprises to advance workforce transformation, AI readiness, and policy frameworks that support sustainable industry growth.

He led the development of Roadmap 2028, targeting US$20B in incremental revenue and 1 million new digital jobs, while strengthening the Philippines’ GCC investment value through global partnerships and executive engagement. Jack has also helped shape hybrid work and regulatory policies, advanced the shift toward higher-value AI-enabled services, and represented the sector in international forums across ASEAN, North America, and India. He is also actively engaged in board advisory and strategic leadership roles, guiding organizations on digital transformation, talent systems, AI readiness, and regional growth partnerships.
