Sarang Chipalkatti leads the Workday Partnerships for Asia Pacific. He is based in Singapore. 

As the Senior Director APAC Ecosystem, Sarang is responsible for strategizing, prioritizing and delivering success for Workday’s ecosystem of Sales, Services, Software and Technology partners.

Sarang is passionate about building trust with partners and driving positive outcomes for joint-customers, partners, and Workday.

Sarang brings 25 years of technology experience and has delivered growth and leadership in complex business environment right from start-ups to large organizations, driving internal transformation and transformation of enterprise customers. His experience spans general management of sales and marketing, consulting, customer success and partner alliances across Asia Pacific and Japan. 

Sarang’s prior experience include leading the Customer Success and Partner Alliances for SaaS in Asia Pacific at Oracle. 

Having lived in Japan for 12 years and now in Singapore for 10, Sarang is inspired by diversity in APJ region and believes that diversity enables us to expand our perspectives, learn from one another and benefit from the value that diversity creates. He is also passionate about mentoring, coaching, and building high performance teams.

Fun fact: Sarang has lived with tigers and monkeys growing up, and is multilingual!
