Shine Burgos Rodriguez is a regional Talent Acquisition leader in Southeast Asia, with responsibility across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. She is recognized for driving transformational people strategies that have strengthened hiring performance, elevated employer branding, and built high-performing teams across diverse markets.

Under her leadership, 100% of her Southeast Asia markets achieved significant performance turnarounds, earning both internal and external recognition. Her programs and teams have been awarded and nominated across Mondelēz Southeast Asia and globally, while the Mondelēz employer brand has received recognition from respected award-giving bodies across the region including the Brandon Hall Awards. Most recently, her team secured a regional Excellence Award in Southeast Asia for its work in Talent Acquisition strategy, all while competing against multinational organizations across Southeast Asia. Shine herself has been recognized with Mondelēz’s President’s Cup Award for Culture and the Southeast Asia “I Make a Difference” Award.

Shine brings broad multinational experience, having held HR leadership roles across organizations including Unilever, Shell, L’Oréal, AXA, and Pfizer. She holds a degree from the University of the Philippines, graduating cum laude, and pursued further studies at the National University of Singapore, where she was also recognized as a Global Business Case Champion.

Beyond her corporate role, Shine is a sought-after thought leader and public speaker, regularly sharing insights on talent, leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion across local and international platforms. She has been invited by META to present on innovative virtual-reality onboarding initiatives in Southeast Asia, spoken at the European Chamber of Commerce on DEI, led discussions on LGBTQ+ advocacy and Pride in the workplace at the American Chamber of Commerce, and delivered talks on inclusive employment and women in leadership at the French Chamber of Commerce and the Asian Institute of Management. She was also a featured speaker at the Employer Branding Summit Asia 2025, where she spoke on employee ambassadorship and the power of authenticity.

Known for her balanced and authentic leadership style, Shine is passionate about building inclusive workplaces while navigating the realities of leadership, career growth, and family life. Outside of work, she actively champions social responsibility through Project Sunrice, a personal initiative supporting orphanages, and continues her advocacy for autism awareness and inclusion.
