Payment must be made at the time of booking unless specifically stated. Non-payment within 30 days or 15 days before the event will forfeit the registration requests for invoices can only be processed with a valid purchase order and is subject to prior approval.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted rates. At the point of booking the discount offered applies to the person attending the course. Substitutes are welcome however, if they are not entitled to the discount, the appropriate additional charge will be incurred.
If you cannot attend the workshop, you can transfer your slot to another individual. Slots can be transferred at any time up to 15 days before the Summit. Please note an additional charge may be applicable if the new attendee is not entitled to the same rate.
If TalentView has to cancel the event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. We will not refund any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of the session. All registrations are considered final and will be charged accordingly.

TalentView accepts no liability if the session is canceled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an act of God. governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity, or civil commotion.
TalentView reserves the right to alter the program without prior notice.Changes will be communicated through the official conference channels.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. TalentView accepts no liability if a delegate is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
Following the event, delegates should expect to receive an email asking to complete a feedback form online. We would ask this be completed within seven days to allow TalentView to continuously improve our future events and tailor-fit them closer to your requirements.
Your registration information such as name, position/title, contact number and email address may be shared to the event sponsors and organizers for their purposes. No other information will be shared.
