Adam is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Workvivo across Asia Pacific & Japan. In this role, he spearheads the business strategy and leads dedicated sales, solutions and success teams focussed on Employee Engagement. He is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in revenue focussed roles across sales, account management, partnerships & customer success within HRTech and MarTech.

Prior to joining Workvivo, Adam served as a regional and global leader for Meta, in multiple strategic roles across Workplace and WhatsApp.. He also co-founded start-ups focussed on eCommerce, and Social Impact. Earlier in his career, he also held HR & Talent Consulting roles in the UK and Singapore.

Outside of work, Adam is an active traveller and enjoys an array of sports such as Football, Tennis and Golf. He also enjoys time with his family.
