With a strong foundation in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a master’s degree to match, Shane has built a career shaping talent, strengthening organizations, and driving meaningful employee experiences across the business. 


Currently leading HR initiatives at Cebu Landmasters, Inc., she wears multiple hats across total rewards, talent management, organization development, and HR systems, essentially everything that makes workplaces not just function, but thrive.

Given her energetic and people first approach, she is passionate about designing workplaces where people feel valued, engaged, and inspired to do their best work.

Outside of work, Shane channels the same discipline and drive into mountaineering and running marathons, always pushing herself to go further both professionally and personally.
