Recently winning regional Excellence Awards held in Singapore for DEI advocacy, Women leadership programmes, and Talent Acquisition strategy - competing against different regional multinational organizations across Southeast Asia. Shine, as a leader, has won Mondelez's President's Cup Award for Culture and Mondelez's Southeast Asia's ‘I Make A Difference Award’.
Shine has gone around different multinational giants such as Unilever, Shell, L'Oreal, AXA, and Pfizer in varying HR leadership roles. Shine has obtained her university education from University of the Philippines, cum laude, and further studies at National University of Singapore with recognition as Global Business Case Champion.
