Mark Dimaisip leads the Employer Branding and Employee Experience team of Globe Telecom. Within his six years with Globe, his team has consistently secured multiple Best Employer and Best Workplace trophies from ACES, HR Asia, and Stevie's, among many others, as well as steadily increased Globe's rankings as employer of choice in lists such as LinkedIn's Top 15 Companies, The Philippine's Best Employers by Inquirer and Statista, and Universum's Top 50 Student Most Attractive Employers. He has also designed Globe's end-to-end full work from home experience, and bots for peer to peer recognition, COVID daily health check-in, and employee helpdesk, which won Globe over dozens of awards for Crisis Response, Innovation, and HR Technology.
Prior to joining Globe, he had over twelve years of experience leading HR departments across diverse industries, including engineering, procurement and construction, a law firm, a digital marketing agency, and a technology solutions company.
