OpenAI’s Director of Partnerships for Southeast Asia and Taiwan, Mark Jeffrey is a senior executive with more than a decade of leadership experience across business development, strategic partnerships, fintech, legal compliance, risk management, and large-scale transformation programs throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Mark has held leadership roles across global technology and financial services organizations including Meta, Westpac, and Suncorp Group. His work has spanned scaling emerging technology businesses, leading enterprise go-to-market strategies, and delivering major commercial and operational transformation initiatives.

At OpenAI, Mark leads strategic partnership growth across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Prior to this, he led Reality Labs at Meta across Asia Pacific and played a key role in scaling Workplace from Meta’s channel ecosystem, delivering record regional growth, and global adoption of enterprise-wide people transformation technologies.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queensland University of Technology.
